This place suits me perfectly, offering great wi-fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. On my first visit, the staff kindly returned my forgotten earphones. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Impeccable cleanliness, excellent staff service, spacious room and comfortable beds. Perfect location in the same historical centre with everything at hand: monuments, tapas bars.. Closed parking in the same building, comfortable.
The LOCATION is perfect because of the above, but on the other hand it brings with it important inconveniences to sleep at night if you are one of those who likes to sleep with the window open and not with the air conditioning, because being very close to Laurel Street and tapas bars, people, in an attitude as usual as uncivic, pass by the pedestrian street below giving voice until 5 am, making it impossible to rest. Solution: air conditioning or earplugs. The "normal" double rooms face a somewhat gloomy inner courtyard, the upper ones offer very good views (but have the aforementioned problem of noise) with a small supplement.

The location was best possible and convenient for walking around Calle Laurel Tapas Street. The hotel itself was in an excellent area, near to the Tapas bars and restaurants, great restaurants and the center of town, and the famous Calle Laurel.

Central location near tapas heaven
The hotel is just steps away from bustling C. Laurel, where I indulged in pinxtos and enjoyed the charming atmosphere. A comfy bed ensured a restful night.
Be aware that the noise from nearby bars can spill into the room, especially on weekends. Parking is also quite tight, which may be challenging for bigger vehicles.

room and bathroom are very big, clean and comfortable. In spite of being in a very central street, in the rooms you can't hear a single noise from the street. It is a 2 minute walk from Calle Laurel and Calle Gran Via. breakfast buffet is very abundant and there is a lot of variety. In our case we asked for gluten-free breakfast (my husband is celiac), they put bread and muffins for him. rest could eat everything. Everything was very tasty and of great quality, juices, fruits, breads, sausages, cereals... what we liked very much was the coffee, was freshly made, it was very good.
The area is great, but to put a snag, is that, being on a pedestrian street, it took us a bit to find it (and we passed by the side 3 times), as the GPS took us on the opposite street. They have private parking under payment, but there are 3 public parking next to the hotel, because we left the car in the public parking. We will repeat if I go back to Logroño.

- the location . - The very complete breakfast. - Spacious and correct rooms
We book more than one month in advance and specify a room with a large bed. we arrived, we had been assigned one with two beds. explanation: that they assign the rooms on the day as the clients arrive. We go, that they disregard requests and if you arrive in the afternoon although having reserved in advance, they give priority to the one that arrives in the morning and without reservation. Breakfast ends at 10. 30 am. At that time there were still some tables eating. staff on duty turns off the lights, leaves us having breakfast in the dark, starts to pick up everything without asking if we want something else or if we have finished. show, we had never seen before. We left a key in the room so that there would be electricity: we left a tablet charging and air conditioning on, because it was hot as hell. we arrived, cleaning staff had taken out the key. In other words, room was at 40 degrees and tablet had no battery

Perfect location at one end of the bar/restaurant pedestrian area of the old town. Next door to a Tourist Information Centre. Parking close by was free but heavily used so needed to circle for a short time to get a space. Very clean, new room of contemporary design with safe & minibar. Excellent bathroom with soaps/hairdryer/towels/hotwater. All in all it's perfect for a launch pad to gather information, go and explore the region on day trips and then return to eat/drink and walk back to bed.
The "double" bed was two large singles pushed together which were easily moved so one of you might have disappeared down the crack by dawn! No tea/coffee facilities in room (but cafe on corner). On a couple of occasions we were woken by the local business guests speaking loudly in the corridor as they started their day. The travel directions provided from the website are wrong with a major error and a minor (temporary?) inaccuracy due to road works.

The hotel was perfectly located near the center of the city. Just across from the tourist office and only a block away from a large selection of tapa bars and shops. It was easy to come in and out of the city from the highway.. The room was large with a king size bed with a nice view from the window. Bathroom was spacious and water was hot and with good pressure.

What a disappointment! The check-in lady was painfully slow and had no excuses for the wait. I was also expecting a complimentary drink for my inconvenience, but nothing! To top it off, the bathtub had some unwanted hair-so lovely. I almost considered giving a good review, but then I just couldn't. Woefull service!

King size bed!
The hotel receptionist recommended 4 restaurants for us, but they were all closed! She should really have known if they were likely to be open or not.
